User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?
