I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.

So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, *** fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. ***** customer support!
