You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF to replace many other documents. The Portable Document Format is perfect for basic presentations and reports.

There are many solutions allowing you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all the use cases at a reasonable cost.

With pdfFiller, you can annotate, edit, convert PDF documents to many other formats, fill them out and add an e-signature in just one browser window. You don’t need to download any programs. It’s a complete platform available from any device with an internet connection.

Make a document from scratch or upload an existing form using these methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02

03

Add and edit visual content. Ask your recipient to fill out the document and request an attachment. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a form’s page order.

The standard HTML email template size for width is 600 pixels for desktops as well as 320px for vertical and 480px for horizontal view on mobile devices. The height is unlimited and depends on the content length. That's all!
Dimensions: 600px to 650px is still the best image size for email. The most popular screen resolution worldwide across both mobile and all platforms is 360×640.
In general, if you are e-mailing the pictures to friends who will view them on a computer screen, you will want to send them pictures in the JPEG format at 640 × 480 pixels. If you are printing the pictures, you need about 150 pixels per inch of print size.
The dimensions of the original image you upload to your site can have a big impact on how it displays. We recommend using images that are between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide. Images smaller than 1500 pixels may appear blurry or pixelated when they stretch to fill container s, such as banners.
3 Answers. The majority of the newsletters have a defined width of around 620 total pixels. I usually use 600px, but anything below 620 is safe. Most email clients and web-based email providers don't use the full width of the screen to display an email message.
Right-click the picture, point to “Send to” and select “Mail Recipient.” Click the “Picture Size” drop-down menu and select your preferred resolution. Selecting “Small: 640 × 480” minimizes the file and resolution sizes.

Image specifications for email Image size: Header graphics should be between 600-700 pixels wide, with a proportional height (a general guideline is 100-200 pixels). For images within your mailing's content, we recommend 480 × 480 pixels or smaller.

Most industry leaders still use 600px as the default width for most of their (responsive) email templates. Litmus I have to add that sometimes they use fancy things like full-width background images or even HTML5 animations in their emails. And most free responsive email templates obey the 600px rule.
