I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.

Initially
Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.

I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.

Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
