It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Pay close attention to envelopes such as greeting cards marked Extra Postage Required. In most cases, a letter-size tailpiece is classified and priced as a large envelope (flat) if it exceeds 3.5 ounces or 6-1/8” by 11-1/2” by 1/4” thick.
