It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

How easy it is to fill out pdf forms and add signatures. Much cheaper than adobe alternative.

it helped me so far with pdf editing, signature, hope it can be used as online fax & phone number too in future.
It was hard to save as file onto my desktop, until u figure out that u need to go to pdf viewer and then select all pages and do save as. make the save as button to show up easier than going to pdf viewer option to save as.

How is rent assistance calculated? You must pay a minimum amount of rent before you can be paid rent assistance. This minimum amount is called the rent threshold. For every $1 of rent that you pay in excess of the rent threshold you will receive $0.75 of rent assistance, up to a maximum amount.
