There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)
