I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

PDFfiller was easy to use.
PDFfiller allowed me to edit and submit my application easily without much effort.
PDFfiller allowed me to move the curser to start typing over the form questions. While this was not a hindrance it did take time to get the curser back to where it needed to be to complete the application. This small flaw was not enough to prevent me from using the application.

Immediate Payment Refund
Payment Refund Signed up for free trial with pdffiller and forgot to cancel. When I explained this to pdffiller my payment was returned to my account the same day.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.
