I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

it helped me so far with pdf editing, signature, hope it can be used as online fax & phone number too in future.
It was hard to save as file onto my desktop, until u figure out that u need to go to pdf viewer and then select all pages and do save as. make the save as button to show up easier than going to pdf viewer option to save as.

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!

What do you like best?
I can copy, save my files and print off the site to get my 1099's and if I like I can email my workers this for the convenience of saving the stamp.
What do you dislike?
sometimes its hard to find a certain item I need but with the Help Chat they found it very quickly for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use the site for my 1099's and used it once for a Bill of Sale item I sold.
