Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text

I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.
