User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.

I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

I am sorry…..I am having a hard time. It is completely my own fault. And that is because I am computer illiterate. So I am trying to learn this stuff for the first time completely on my own. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction. I already tried to watch You Tube. But it didn’t quite help. I am a total newbie. Beyond a newbie even, I guess. So sad….

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. Simple, fast, easy. No BS like so many other "free" pdf add-ons. No issues upload, editing, or resaving any of my content. No changes in the PDF while getting in or upload.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
