Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

It was a little tough figuring it out at first, but it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do. In the sending and returning process, I think it could be done with perhaps fewer steps

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

A safe way to fill forms
I wish they had an option for screenshare set up support. Though it took awhile to learn, we are so grateful for what it's allowed our company to do!
LinktoFill allows us to send out one link and receive back filled PDF's instead of uploading over and over and sending back and forth to gather missed info.
The site is hard to learn and takes a bit to get used to.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

I absolutely love this app. Have found nothing I dislike and it's saved me quite a few times.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."
