It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One thing is able to save on paper!!!

I had some slight issues on my 1st… I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

VA Documentation and Form filling. I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. Well worth the subsription! I was a little skeptical about this program initially but I am thankful I gave it a try. It really is worth the minimal amount for a subscription. It is fairly easy to figure out. My one minor issue is how it keeps stacking your changes as recent documents, which again is very minor. I have used this personally, for our church and for work. Let's just say I am getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you for making a good and user friendly product.
