Great product. Good interface gives you all the options you need in one place. Clear and easy to understand. The only downside is remembering its a browser only interface, remembering the product name and having to navigate to the URL to begin. Not an issue for a daily user, but if you use only intermittently like I do, I have to make myself a reminder. To that end, I think its a little expensive for a casual user; but I do still like the interface so much that it overrides my concern on cost.

Very easy to use. Not complicated at all. Compatible with every file I needed so far. I don't know how we got by before this program. I haven't come across anything I haven't liked yet. A great value for the price.

We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

What do you like best? This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

What is Quoted Price? Quoted price refers to stock, bond or other security quotes. A stock quote is an estimate of price or a price at which one party is willing to buy or sell a certain number of shares of stock from the other. A quoted price consists of a bid price and an ask price.
A bond quote is the last price at which a bond traded, expressed as a percentage of par value and converted to a point scale. Par value is generally set at 100, representing 100% of a bond's face value of $1,000. For example, if a corporate bond is quoted at 99, that means it is trading at 99% of face value.
Quoted price refers to stock, bond or other security quotes. A stock quote is an estimate of price or a price at which one party is willing to buy or sell a certain number of shares of stock from the other. A quoted price consists of a bid price and an ask price.
Use of the clean price also serves to differentiate interest income (based on the coupon rate) from trading profit and loss. It is market practice in US to quote bonds on a clean-price basis.
