User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible.
Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

Great customer experience with this company. Very responsive to technical questions and billing service cared more about our satisfaction than most companies even though it wasn't to their direct bottom line advantage. Will use them again surely.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
