I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Great for easy form creation for end users
I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered.
Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
