Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

At least 14 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Japan, France, Australia, Saudi Arabia and China, will get trash shipped back to them, according to Malaysian officials.
At least 14 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Japan, France, Australia, Saudi Arabia and China, will get trash shipped back to them, according to Malaysian officials. ... The U.S. was not one of them. Items that can't be recycled are usually burnt or put into landfills, contaminating air, dirt and water sources.
The landfill is the most popular destination for solid waste, by a wide margin. Some cities, like San Francisco and Seattle, are able to recycle more than they send to landfills, but the majority of the U.S. sends their trash to the dump.
According to the Plastic Pollution Coalition, the US exported 1.07 million tons of plastic waste in 2018, about one third of its recycling. Data taken from the US Census Bureau shows that 78% of those exports were sent to countries with poor waste management.
In fact, the top six countries for ocean garbage are China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Thailand, according to a 2015 study in the journal Science. The United States contributes as much as 242 million pounds of plastic trash to the ocean every year, according to that study.
Canada hasn't issued any permits for companies to ship waste, government says. The federal government has issued no permits for Canadian companies to ship trash overseas since regulations changed three years ago raising questions about how waste is still ending up on the shores of Asian nations.
Additionally, Canada ships about 12 per cent of its plastic waste outside of North America to be processed for recycling, which far too often results in waste polluting the environment around the world rather than being properly recycled. Canada doesn't produce as much plastic waste as other countries.
Canadian garbage on its way from the Philippines to Vancouver. Sixty-nine shipping containers of fetid Canadian trash are on board a container ship that has left the Philippines port of Cubic. They are expected to arrive in B.C. in a month.
In 2013 and 2014, 103 shipping containers were transported from Vancouver to Manila by Chronic Plastics Inc. ... Chronic Plastics has been accused of violating the Basel Convention (on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal); the Philippines and Canada are both signatories.
Canada currently has over 10,000 landfill sites. The decomposition of organic waste in landfills produces a gas which is composed primarily of methane, a greenhouse gas contributing to climate change. Methane is 21 times more potent than carbon dioxide in terms of its potential impact to climate change.
