Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files - I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website. - PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox. - The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
select files you want to rename (using either r-mouse click or space) press CTRL+M or select menu Files → Multi rename tool. Press Range button and select year part, press ok.
Right-click in an open area of the details pane and select Sort By from the pop-up menu. Select how you want to sort: Name, Date Modified, Type, or Size. Select whether you want the contents sorted in Ascending or Descending order.
For dates, use YYYY-MM-DD (or YYYYMMDD, or DAMMED, or MM). To ensure that files are sorted in proper chronological order the most significant date and time components should appear first followed with the least significant components.
Right-click inside a folder, select Sort by and click More. On Choose Details, scroll down and check Date Accessed and Date Modified. Click OK. Right-click inside the folder, select Sort by, and click Date Accessed to get a better sorting of pictures by bumping recent pictures to the top.
Always start with the date in YYYY-MM-DD format (also known as ISO 8601 format). Then include descriptive text. This means having a project name, company name, client name, job name, etc. just after the date.
Use capital letters to delimit words, not spaces. Keep file names short, but meaningful. If using a date in the file name always state the date 'back to front' and in this format: YYY or YYY or YYYYMMDD. Order the elements in a file name in the most appropriate way to retrieve the record.
Establish a clear organizational structure. Order chronologically. Use a separator character. Include document type. Describe the document. Stay within file name length.
A good format for date designations is YYYYMMDD or DAMMED. This format makes sure all of your files stay in chronological order, even over the span of many years. Try not to make file names too long, since long file names do not work well with all types of software. Special characters such as ~ !
