Contact Support
Open your device Settings. Tap your name where you find your iCloud & app store settings. Tap 'Subscriptions'. Find & tap 'Replica' on this list. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' & follow on-screen prompts from your Apple device.
Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for? Tap Cancel Subscription.
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
Open the Google Play Store. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel. Tap “Cancel”.
First, open the Google Play Store. Click on menu, then go to “Subscriptions”. Choose the Replica — My AI Friend subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the “Cancel Subscription” option. Finish up as directed.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful. With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.
