Great customer support! I was unable to use the service for all the forms I needed, so cancelled within the free trial period. I deleted account, but was still charged. I sent a message to support team and within a few minutes, ***** refunded and made sure account was cancelled! Very impressed!

How do you unlock a signed PDF?
Download a new copy of the PDF (with the new sealer password applied) Open the PDF. Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details.
How do I unlock a PDF after signing?
Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the “Security Method' drop down, select: No Security. Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.
