I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

i like the fact that they have a good customer support that is really helpful. My mail was replied within few minutes and my issue was resolved.
i dont really have a major problem with the PDFfiller, my only compliant is that I had no option but to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail
