I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it!
I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents.
I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

I have NO ablity for photoshop
I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

Great
Well, I started with another type of editor on a free trial, got my card info, then it would not let me have my document. So got the pdfFiller and fantastic. Most easily understood no issues. Thanks for a great product.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
