easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

How to send a fillable document that can be returned in a completed state I am new to using the pdf filler application in my business. Go to the Project > Invoices tab. Click on the Invoice Tab. Click on an invoice row, where you have already issued the invoice. Click the 'Save the invoice as a PDF attachment on a new email' button in the invoice tab toolbar.
Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF. Click “File” from the menu and select “Save as PDF.”
Include the invoice itself as an attachment, not in the body of the email. Use an invoice email template. Include the invoice number in the subject line. Keep a record of outstanding invoices. Have a template for collections emails.

Install the invoice add-on. Download here Invoice Gmail add-on. Open an email from a customer you want to send an invoice to. Click on the Booking Invoice add-on. Add the items then hit send!
Create your invoice make it professional. The first step is to put your invoice together. Clearly mark your invoice. Add company name and information. Write a description of the goods or services you're charging for. Don't forget the dates. Add up the money owed. Mention payment terms.
At the minimum, all of your invoices should include the following information: Your name, address, email, phone number, and tax ID number. Invoice number. Itemized breakdown of services or products sold.
