I had an issue w two text boxes auto… I had an issue w two text boxes auto filling - but was able to correct it on my own by deleting one and adding a new box.

Open the Insert Module. You will see the Header and Footer option on the right. Select this and choose Remove Header and Footer: The Remove Header and Footer window will now open.
To remove an existing (removable) header & footer, go to Document > Header & Footer > Remove from the top menu bar. Before version 8, watermarks, headers, and footers were added as content within the PDF document itself.
How to add header & footer to PDF files. Insert header & footer to PDF files has never been so easy! Just click “Add files” button or drag & drop them into the required area. You can create the text for header and footer, customize advanced settings and then press the Apply changes, click “Download” button to save it
