can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Nothing at all. We find the system very easy to use!

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.

I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

How do you read a lease agreement?

How do you read a lease?
Take the time to read your lease thoroughly and carefully because, once you sign, the terms are legally binding. If you don't understand a clause, ask for clarification. If you want to make or request changes to the lease, both you and the landlord should initial them.
What is a lease agreement and how do I read it?

How do you read a lease rate?
You will typically see this quoted as an annual rate or a monthly rate. Example with a yearly price per square foot: A 3,000 sf office space has a yearly asking rental rate of $25 per square foot. 3,000 x $25.00 = $75,000 per year for rent. Divide by 12 months to get a monthly rental amount of $6,250.
What does 12 months lease mean?
Most lease agreements are for 12 months. This type of lease allows you or the landlord to terminate the lease at the end of each month. If you do not move and the landlord does not ask you to leave, the lease then automatically renews for another month.
What should be included in a lease agreement?
Names of all tenants. Limits on occupancy. Term of the tenancy. Rent. Deposits and fees. Repairs and maintenance. Entry to rental property. Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
What should I include in a rental agreement?
Most standard leases will include basic information about the agreement, such as property address, dates, names of tenants, rent amount, security deposits, etc. However, the Devil is in the details. Most experienced landlords will tell you that the Devil is in the details.
What does a rental agreement consist of?
Best practice states that a tenancy agreement should include the following express terms as standard: The names of the tenant/s and landlord and the address of the property being let. The start date of the tenancy. The length of the tenancy and details of the end date.
