I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

Took me a while to figure out how to… Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate. I'm on a government check and it's almost too expensive for me at this time. I hope that I can somehow afford to keep using this wonderful service, thank you so much!

Great communication and customer service! I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

How to Use the Specify Required Field Application Feature

The Specify Required Field Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily mark certain fields as required in your documents. This ensures that the recipient of the document knows which fields they need to fill out before submitting it. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add required fields to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Tools' tab at the top of the page.

Select the 'Specify Required Field Application' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains a list of all the fields in your document.

Click on the field that you want to mark as required.

In the sidebar, toggle the switch next to 'Required' to enable the required field setting for that specific field.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any other fields you want to mark as required.

Once you have marked all the necessary fields as required, click on the 'Save' button at the top right corner of the sidebar.

Your document now has specified required fields. When someone opens the document, they will see a notification indicating which fields they need to fill out before submitting it.

When you make a field required, people must enter an answer to the field in order to submit their entry.
Example 1. A salesperson fills out order forms for a customer. The company ships orders directly to customers, so a shipping address is required. The salesperson sees the field in bold.
Choose the object > Fields & Relationships. Select the custom field that you will make required. Click on Edit and under General Options select Required. Click on Save.
Mandatory fields are used when information is required in order to submit a form. If the mandatory field is left empty, the system will display this field in red and not allow the form to be published or submitted without that field completed.
