For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Split starts with teenager Casey (The Witch's Anya Taylor-Joy) attending a party where she clearly was only invited due to pity. ... While at a glance, Split might begin somewhat like last year's abduction thriller 10 Cloverfield Lane, it soon veers off into far more Shyamalan-esque territory.
The film opens with a birthday party for Claire (Haley Lu Richardson). Her classmate Casey (Anya Taylor-Joy) was invited out of pity, as Claire tells her father (Neal Huff) that Casey frequently gets into trouble with teachers and gets sent to detention. Casey calls for a ride home but is told the car broke down.
Split is about three girls get kidnapped by a man with dissociative identity disorder (DID) that has 23 personalities. ... Maybe Split makes an unrealistic representation of dissociative identity disorder, and that can be a big turnoff, but this is a great movie nonetheless.
The abuse that Kevin Wendell Crumb experiences as a kid in Split results in him developing Dissociative Identity Disorder and eventually, his superpowers. At the end of that movie, the Beast lets Casey, one of the teenagers he has kidnapped, goal because she has suffered sexual abuse throughout her life.
So how scary is Split? All indications suggest that it's pretty scary. The film stars James McEvoy as a man who suffers from dissociative identity disorder; in other words, he has multiple personalities. ... There are several aspects about the film that should make viewers uneasy.
Split is a 2016 American psychological horror thriller film and the second installment in the Unbreakable trilogy written, directed, and produced by M. Night Shaman and starring James McEvoy, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Betty Buckley.
Jump Scares In Split (2016) Synopsis: Three girls are abducted by a man suffering from dissociative identity disorder which manifests as 23 separate personalities. Jump Scare Rating: Although there are several extremely tense scenes in Split, very few of them culminate in a jump scare.
The MPA rated Split PG-13 for disturbing thematic content and behavior, violence and some language.
Parents need to know that Split is a smart, satisfying horror thriller from Sixth Sense director M. Night Shaman. It's about a man (James McEvoy) with multiple personalities (aka dissociative identity disorder). Violence and scariness are the big issues here.
However, I am extremely intrigued and interested in his new movie Split which is about a man navigating through a life of 23 multiple personalities. This film is loosely based on the life of William (Billy) Stanley Milligan who was also an influence for the 1996 thriller Primal Fear.
