User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.

Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. great website. I am really glad I found it. one only thing, I couldn't find where I can type vertical, from bottom to top. like sideways typing. besides that its great.

PDFfiller has made editing PDFs much easier than the Acrobat PDF. The editing features are laid out in an understandable manner. I would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

How do I split a PDF and keep bookmarks?
Choose View > Tools > Organize Pages > Open to open the Organize Pages toolbar.
Click the Split button.
Choose Top level bookmarks from the Split by menu, and click on Split.
Can I split a PDF page in half?
Split your PDF online To split between two pages, click on the scissors icon on the left page. A dashed line will appear to show where the splitting will take place. Afterward, click on the “Save” button on the right and confirm.
How do I automatically add bookmarks to a PDF?
Click the Bookmarks button on the left to open the Bookmarks panel.
Open the page where you want the bookmark to link to, and adjust the view settings.
Use the Select tool to select the area of the page you want to bookmark: ...
Select the bookmark under which you want to place the new bookmark.
How do I create a bookmark table of contents in PDF?
Open or create your multi-page PDF document.
Open the Bookmarks panel by clicking on the Bookmarks panel button to the left of the screen.
Click the Select tool (It looks like an arrow) on the left hand toolbar.
Go to a page where you want a table of contents entry to be recorded.
