Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

PDFfiller is the best program to view and edit PDF documents. It is a tool for professionals. This program provides efficiency and quality at a very affordable price. Is it worth the investment. The one year package is very good. I recommend it. PDFfiller is a very useful application to send and receive files in PDF format, create refillable forms and sign documents in a very simple way. Its "autocomplete" function makes the job easier. It is a very light software that does not occupy a large space in our team. Sometimes pop-ups become a headache. They are somewhat uncomfortable. The practice is known as split closing or split settlement where the buyer and the seller each use a title company for a single transaction. This is not the same as when the buyer and seller sign the documents at different times, which happens frequently these days.
In other words, the buyer may specify the title company of their choosing to issue the policies. However, there are exceptions. When the seller agrees to pay for both title insurance policies (owner and lender's) the seller can stipulate the title company that will issue the policies.
In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy. Occasionally the buyer and seller decide on the title company and each pays for part of the policy.
RESP permits the lender to require closing at a particular title company. ... It is therefore permissible for a lender to cultivate a relationship with a particular title company and require closing with that company. However, lenders, at least in our locale, rarely use this right.
And is it possible to change title companies once a title company has been designated in the contract and an earnest money deposit has been delivered to that designated title company? The short answer is you can change your mind with the consent of the seller, through a simple addendum to the sales contract.
Most residential buyers and sellers have no strong ties to a particular title company or closing officer; many brokers and agents do and want to direct business to their favorite closer or title company.
The only way a Seller can mandate that purchaser use a particular title company is if the seller paid 100% of all title insurance and related title costs. HUD's RESP Division has stated on numerous occasions that unless the seller pays 100% of the title related costs then the seller has violated RESP.
Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a real estate transaction, such as mortgage lenders.
