PDFfiller note editor Overall, it is a good site to use when you need to edit PDF's, especially for classes. I like how easy it is to upload your PDF on the website by just dragging it into an area that automatically brings it up. When it downloads on the site, you are given so many options to edit the PDF by writing directly on the PDF, attaching shapes, underlining, etc. If the PDF is many pages, all you have to do is scroll through the pages, which makes it very accessible to edit the whole PDF. Something I didn't like about PDFfiller is the pages of the PDF become a little blurry when it downloads on the site. It doesn't effect the editing options, but it does effect how it comes out and looks.

To split a polygon, use the Cut Polygons tool, then draw a line across the polygon. The cut operation updates the shape of the existing feature and creates one or more new features. If there is no domain assigned to a field, the attribute values are copied from the original feature to the new feature.
Select the polygon. Click the Cut Polygons tool. Click Trace. Click and trace along the existing line or polygon.
Begin an edit session and click the Edit Placement button. Click the Cut Polygons button. On the 3D Editor toolbar. Click once to start digitizing the line sketch for cutting the polygon. Cut completely across the selected polygon feature. Double-click the end of the segment to finish the line sketch.
In RCMP, select Editor > Start Editing. From the Task drop-down menu, select Create New Feature. To cut a hole out of an existing polygon, click the Edit tool and double-click the polygon to see the Edit sketch. Right-click on the Edit sketch of the exterior of the polygon and click Finish Part.
Select both polygons. On the Editor toolbar, set the 'target layer' to the layer containing the polygon to be cut. Set task to Cut Polygon Feature. Set the snapping environment to the polygon to be cut. Trace that polygon or right-click and select Replace Sketch. Finish Sketch on the cut polygon.
At the View menu, choose Data Frame Options. At the Data Frame Tab look for “Clip Options” Choose Clip to shape. Then click the Specify Shape button. Then select the boundary layer as input. Apply and the baseman will be cropped to that shape.
Click the Edit tool. On the Editor toolbar and click the feature. Click the Split tool. On the Editor toolbar. As you move your pointer over the line, a marker is visible on the line at the place where it will be split. Click to split the line.
