It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Double-click a footer that follows a section break. A tab labeled “Same as Previous” appears above its right side.
Click “Design” in the Word ribbon.
