AWESOME program but too expensive
AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. And stop trying to force us to pay for a whole year up front -- what if I don't need it for an entire year? Fantastic features, easy to learn, a pleasure to use. Just TOO EXPENSIVE.

Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.

Good features pdffiller has. Only thing I would request is to reduce fee for indian retired customers like me. I am 58 years old and self-financed and survive on pension.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Can I highlight on a PDF?
To highlight PDF content, click the 'Highlight' button in the left menu, and click and drag over the content you'd like to highlight. You can also use the shapes tool in the left menu to outline certain areas on a page. Finally, you can use handy symbols tools like checkmarks to easily fill out forms or annotate a PDF.
Why won't my PDF Let me highlight?
Most likely because the file is composed of images (possibly scans) and does not contain any “real” text. If you can't select the text with the text selection tool then you can't highlight it, either. Use other markup tools, like the Square tool, instead.
How do I enable highlighting in PDF?
Highlight PDF Text Go to the “Comment” tab and select “Highlight”. Use your cursor to select the text you want to highlight. If you are looking highlight a large area of text, you also have the option of using the “Area Highlight” Button.
