What do you like best?
The hosted forms and e-signatures are an awesome add-on
What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Helps me get contracts signed much quicker

Create one big slice, containing the whole image. Right-click on the slice icon in the top left corner. Choose Divide Slice and define into how many slices do you want to divide your image, or set the size of each sub-slice. Hit ok.
Launch Paint and open the picture that needs to be split. ... Click back to the Home tab. ... Press and hold down the left mouse button, then click and drag until the bottom half or top half of the image (or the left or right side, if you prefer) is selected. ... Click the Copy button on the ribbon.
Load a photo from your camera roll into the pic splitting app. Crop the square section you want to use in your Instagram feed. Upload the files from bottom right to top left so that they appear in the correct order on your Instagram profile to create the mosaic effect.
Once you've selected an image, and BEFORE you tap upload, you'll see a gray square grid (SPLIT ICON) in the bottom right corner of the image (the icon to the left of the multi-post icon). Tap on SPLIT ICON to see six different splitting options.
Tap. Select up to 10 photos and videos from your phone's library. To adjust how each photo or video is cropped, tap it then touch the screen to adjust how it fits in the frame. Keep in mind that the orientation you choose (square, portrait or landscape) affects all the photos or videos in your post.
From the home screen, hit the + icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap the first image you want to add. Tap the Select multiple icon on the bottom right of the image. Tap on the additional images you want to add and tap an image again to deselect it. ... Tap Next at the top of the screen as usual to edit your photos.
First and foremost, press Ctrl+C to copy the image (we will need to paste the image again and again) Always select the image first. Next, press Ctrl and select one parallelogram. Go the Format tab under Drawing Tools. Locate the Merge Shapes command. Click the Intersect option from the drop-down menu.
Click each corner of the piece that you want to separate and then double-click to select the area that you have outlined. Click “Layers” in the menu bar and click “New” to open a new cascading menu. Click “Layer” to split off the selected part of the image as a new piece.
