When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.
