I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. PDF Filler is great PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job! User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC. I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

Contact Support
Fences of any type exceeding 6 feet in height or masonry fences of any height will require a building permit. If the fence is less than 6 feet in height and is nonmasonry, you are not required to have a building permit, but you are still required to follow the county's planning regulations concerning fences.
As a general rule, adding outdoor structures, like a fence, requires a permit, but the real answer depends upon the codes, zoning and regulations of where you live. According to Find Law, most fencing laws limit the height of artificial fences in residential areas to four feet in front yards and six feet in backyards.
OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT. If you build a fence without a permit, chances are you'll get caught. Most municipalities enforce zoning laws that regulate fence height, materials used and even the style of fence if you live in a historic district. You can apply for a fence permit at your local building and planning office.
Homeowners Could Be Fined Performing work on your home without the necessary building permits can put you in direct violation of city codes and regulations. As such, you could wind up facing penalty charges for failing to obtain the permits needed to lawfully perform the work.
Best way to get around the codes is to build as far back as possible out of sight, and only have walk-in access, you park at the gate. The inspectors have to have probable cause (see something) or (have a complaint filed) to access your land. Get a copy of the laws and research your rights.
Do I need a Building Permit to build a block wall? Yes. Free-standing walls, including retaining walls, over 6 feet in height, require a Building Permit. Free-standing walls at or under 6 feet in height, as measured from grade or finished surface, do not require a Building Permit.
What Is a Building Permit? Building permits are written authorizations issued by a city or county to construct a project. They are required for most construction or remodeling projects, in order to ensure the safety of the work and its compliance with building, construction, and zoning codes.
The alleged goal of paying for building permits is to ensure the building being built meets the building safety standards. Then there's this whole “owning property” problem. Depending on where you live, you probably aren't allowed to own property. In many countries, you never really ever own land.
