Perfect for paperwork My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

PDF Filler is a must for me! I love it! As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller! I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer. The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time. Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature. Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents. Overall really happy with this product!

Free trial Free trial is a great way to know and understand the capabilities of pdffiller it saves the files under a different name, but i dealt with it since i used the free trial

Select Sales or Invoicing from the left menu. Select Customers at the top, then the appropriate customer name. Find and select the sales form you want to download to view the transaction. Select Print or Preview.
Start QuickBooks and open the company file from which you want to export an invoice template. Select the “Lists” menu and click “Templates.” Click on the template you want to export to select it. Click the “Templates” drop-down list and choose “Export.”
Go to Customers tab. Click on the Income Tracker. Choose Open Invoices, Overdue, or Paid Last 30 Days tab. Select all the invoices under each tab that you want to print. Click the Batch Actions drop-down and choose Print Selected.
Go to Reports. Choose Report Center. Select Customers & Receivables. Scroll down to the bottom, click Transaction List by Customer.
Select Sales or Invoicing from the left menu. Select Customers at the top, then the appropriate customer name. Find and select the sales form you want to download to view the transaction. Select Print or Preview.
Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF. Click “File” from the menu and select “Save as PDF.” Select the destination folder on your computer in which to save the PDF invoice. Enter a name in the “File Name” field and click “Save.”
From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Sales tab and the Sales section. Find any invoice form and click to open it. Select Print or Preview at the bottom of the form. On the Preview screen, click Download () to receive a PDF copy of the invoice.
Click the Help menu. Select Send Feedback Online. Select Product Suggestion.
