I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

How do I stop my header from repeating?
Click or tap where you want to start a new page without the header or footer. Go to Layout > Breaks > Next Page to create a section break. Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer tab. Select Link too Previous to turn off the link between the sections.
Why do we use the Repeat Header Rows option?
Repeat table header on subsequent pages. When you work with a very long table, it will run across multiple pages. You can set up the table so that the table header row or rows appear on each page automatically. You can choose from two ways to set up your table so that its header row or rows repeat.
Why is Repeat Header Rows not working?
The solution is simple, and quite baffling why it works where the other option does not. Select the table, at the top of the Window, under 'TABLE TOOLS' open the 'LAYOUT' tab, click on the 'Repeat Header Rows' button.
How do I put a header on every page?
On the Layout tab, under View, click Page Layout.
On the Layout tab, under Page Setup, click Header & Footer.
Choose from a list of standard headers or footers by going to the Header or Footer pop-up menu, and clicking the header or footer that you want.
How do you put a header on every page in Word?
Select Insert > Header or Footer.
Select one of the built-in designs.
Type the text you want in the header or footer.
Select Close Header and Footer when you're done.
Why is repeat header rows greyed out in Excel?
If the [Print Titles] button is locked (greyed out), it may be because you are currently editing a cell, or you have chart selected. If the “Rows to repeat at top” spreadsheet icon is locked, it may be because you have more than one worksheet selected within your workbook.
