It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it! I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents. I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

Voucher specimens are extremely important as they preserve the characters by which species can be distinguished and serve as a basis of future study. This specimen serves as the reference point for the described specimen in future taxonomic studies.
Voucher specimens are parts of, or wholly preserved plants or animals collected and worked on during the course of a study. They serve as an object reference documenting the identity of the name used in scientific publications arising from the study.
A voucher her barium specimen is a pressed plant sample deposited for future reference. It supports research work and may be examined to verify the identity of the specific plant used in a study. A voucher specimen must be deposited in a recognized her barium committed to long-term maintenance.
Specimen — a whole animal or a part thereof. Type specimen — a voucher specimen that serves as a basis for taxonomic description of a new taxon (e.g. a new species). This specimen serves as the reference point for the described specimen in future taxonomic studies.
For plants, a voucher typically consists of a her barium specimen, a pressed and dried sample of an individual containing above ground structures (leaves, stems, flowers, and/or fruits) and below ground structures when possible.
Different sorts of 'primary' Type specimen exist: Logotype — a single specimen that is the name bearer of the species. Syn type — when a species is first described the author may choose several specimens as being representative of the species rather than pick a single logotype. Each specimen is known as a syn type.
Why is voucher material needed? Plant classification is constantly changing. Shifts in species alignments and groupings are made as new evidence comes to light. Vouchers specimens help cross-reference these changes to previous research.
Why Vouchers Matter in Botanical Research. What is a voucher, and why is it important in research? Vouchers are crucial in authenticating the taxonomy of an organism, as a tool for identifying localities of the taxon, and for additional taxonomic, genetic, ecological, and/or environmental research.
