i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. Me gustó mucho, lo utilice para editar un pdf y funciona muy bien, muy rápido lo pude hacer.
En celular se me dificulta un poco pero es solo de acostumbrarme

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

This has been a great help with the forms I am currently working with. It does sometimes freeze but usually if I close the program and reopen, it works fine.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
