Multiply the number in the tens place of the bottom number by the number in hundreds place of the top number. Multiply 3 times 7 to equal 21. Add the 1 you carried to equal 22. You don't need to carry the 2 in 22, as there are no more numbers to multiply on this line, so you can just write it down next to the 6.
To multiply large numbers, stack the first number on top of the second. Then multiply each digit of the bottom number, from right to left, by the top number. In other words, first multiply the top number by the ones digit of the bottom number.

The answer that we get when we multiply two numbers together is called the product. The numbers that we multiply together are called factors.
In mathematics a stack or 2-sheaf is, roughly speaking, a sheaf that takes values in categories rather than sets. Stacks are used to formalize some main constructions of descent theory, and to construct fine module stacks when fine module spaces do not exist.
