As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.
What do you dislike?
I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

Total organic carbon (TOC) is an analytical parameter representing the concentration of organic carbon in a sample.
Create the table of contents Click where you want to insert the table of contents – usually near the beginning of a document. Click References > Table of Contents and then choose an Automatic Table of Contents style from the list.
A typical TOC includes headings and subheadings that correspond to the major sections and subsections of the research paper, along with the page numbers where each section begins. The level of detail included in the TOC depends on the complexity and length of the work.
Go to References > Table of Contents. Select Custom table of contents. Use the settings to show, hide, and align page numbers, add or change the tab leader, set formats, and specify how many levels of headings to show.
A table of contents usually includes the titles or descriptions of first-level headings (chapters in longer works), and often includes second-level headings (sections or A-heads) within the chapters as well, and occasionally even includes third-level headings (subsections or B-heads) within the sections as well.
A table of contents, usually headed simply Contents and abbreviated informally as TOC, is a list, usually found on a page before the start of a written work, of its chapter or section titles or brief descriptions with their commencing page numbers.
The default table of content styles in Word creates a table of contents sections for three levels of header: headings 1, 2, and 3. Heading 1 is used for main sections while heading 2 and 3 are used to delineate subsections within the larger heading 1 sections.
All level 1 and level 2 headings should be included in your table of contents, with level 3 headings used very sparingly.
