Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Multiple TXT records are completely legal per the DNS standards. Multiple TXT records implementing a specific standard can potentially be illegal, but only within the scope of that one standard.
A TXT record (short for text record) is a type of resource record in the Domain Name System (DNS) used to provide the ability to associate arbitrary text with a host or other name, such as human-readable information about a server, network, data center, or other accounting information.
TXT records are a type of Domain Name System (DNS) record that contains text information for sources outside your domain. You add these records to your domain settings. ... Google uses them to verify domain ownership and to ensure email security.
Open Command prompt (Start > Run > cmd) Type “nslookup -type=TXT” a space, and then the domain/host name. ... If an SPF record exists, the result would be similar to:
Find the domain you want to customize, and click the DNS button next to it. Scroll to the DNS Records area, and click the Add button to create a new DNS Record. If your TXT record has a Host or Domain value, enter it in the Subdomain field. Click the Record Type dropdown menu and select TXT Record.
Multiple SPF Records Each domain may have only one SPF entry. If your domain contains more than one entry, recipient servers will decline both — this will cause your emails to fail SPF.
SPF Character Limits Per the RFC, SPF records have a 255-character limit for a single string. This is an inherent limit of DNS TXT records. ... While you can only have 255 characters in a string, as stated in RFC 1035, sections 3.3 and 3.3.14, you can have more than one string in a single DNS record.
Note: A domain can only have one SPF record, but your record can list multiple servers. For details, see Add multiple servers to an SPF record. Sign in to your domain account at your domain host (not your Google Admin console). Go to the page for updating your domain's DNS records.
Each include statement, in the original SPF record and in any of the SPF records redirected to, is counted toward the limit of 10.
Multiple DKIM records A domain can have as much DKIM public keys as servers that send and sign mail. There are two types of DKIM DNS records: The policy record contains information about the DKIM signing policy and the email address of the postmaster. There should only ever be one of these.
