Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.

I love Pdf Filler. I have tried ten different products similar to Pdf Filler and none of them had the features, functionality, utility, intuitive interface, and price point. I tried ADOBE and absolutely hated every moment. I cannot tell you how happy I am with your product!!! We have streamlined our HR onboarding process and our clinician credentialing process. I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
