I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. Some organizations do not even realize how they have deployed PFD files. When you show up, or fax them their completed PDF file you get some odd reactions.

I am happy with PDFfiller for the most part. It is a very good editor that makes a normal document look sophisticated. My only complaint is the price. 15$ a month for this? I mean it is a good editor, but 175$ a year is to much for me. Overall, it is a great app for editing with a great package of fun.

PDFfiller is very user-friendly and has great features. We use it for fillable online registration for our group tours as well as to edit pre-existing PDFs

We make many fillable enrollment forms that are the same except for the title. Would be helpful if we could regenerate a new PDF (with the fillable areas in tact) and just change the title to make a new PDF

The instructions were clear and the mechanisms to enter and modify data was easy to understand and complete. I'm not facile with computer programs and this was easy for me to complete.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

Can you contest a beneficiary deed?
Because transfer-on-death beneficiary deeds do not become effective until you pass away, someone can challenge the validity of the deed after you die. For example, someone can argue that you lacked capacity to create a valid deed. Or, beneficiaries and family members can sue each other to take the property entirely.
Can a beneficiary deed be revoked?
If you change your mind after you record a TOD deed, you can always revoke the deed. If you change your mind after you record a TOD deed, leaving real estate to someone at your death, you can revoke the deed. The beneficiary has absolutely no rights over the property until after your death.
What is a revocation of beneficiary deed?
A “Revocation of a Beneficiary Deed” is a document that revokes and cancels a beneficiary deed that is filed. This will void any distributions that are made on the beneficiary deed. A property owner may revoke the beneficiary deed anytime before his/her death.
How do I revoke a transfer on death deed?
To revoke a transfer on death deed, you can either create a revocation document or create an entirely new transfer on death deed replacing your old one. To create a revocation document, you can go to the county recording office where the document was recorded and request a revocation form.
Does a beneficiary deed avoid probate?
Assets placed in a living trust can avoid probate, but it's far simpler and less expensive to simply transfer the property by beneficiary deed, also called a transfer-on-death deed, if you live in a state that recognizes this option. Your beneficiary has no legal right to it until your death.
How do I change the beneficiary on my deed?
Once you obtain a transfer-on-death deed, complete the form to name a beneficiary. The transfer deed will ask you to name the person(s) you wish to inherit your property. You can name multiple people as the beneficiary, as well as an organization. List the beneficiary's complete name and avoid titles.
Can a Tod be contested?
In other words, you can challenge a TOD Deed on many of the same bases used to challenge a Trust or Will. The bottom line: you have the right to contest a TOD Deed, just as you can a Will or Trust, but in many cases that will be no easy task.
