What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

If you've got issues at work, it's more appropriate to deal with them before you leave. Do Give Notice When Possible. Unless the situation is untenable, giving two weeks notice is standard practice when resigning.
If the work will take you more than one full week, then it's probably a good idea to tack on another few days to your two weeks notice, given the business of quitting itself will likely eat up at least a week of your remaining tenure.
There are no federal or state laws that require an employee to provide two weeks' notice to his or her employer before quitting. ... In spite of there not being a legal requirement, some employers may have company policies requiring their employees to give two weeks' notice.
Typically, two weeks notice means 10 business days, and you can give it any time during the week that you want. However, be aware that employers can handle this however they want; your boss is free to tell you that they don't need you to work the full two weeks and your last day will be this Friday or even today.
Your employer can end your employment at that time if they choose to do so and you are under no obligation to return after you have given that notice. ... The main purpose of the 2-weeks notice is for employees to document their current work and do transition tasks.
Its common courtesy to give at least one-week notice to your employer if you've been with your company for more than one month but less than two years. Consider giving two weeks notice even if you've only been with your company for a few months.
You should give more advance notice if you're in a highly responsible position that's important to the organization, however. In that case, Hartman advised giving as much notice as you can -- possibly up to even a month or six weeks, since you've got more on your plate and are harder to replace.
When you resign from a job, it's customary to provide a resignation letter two weeks before your final day of work. There are several things to consider before you submit this letter to your employer.
If you have worked for your employer for one month or more, the legal minimum amount of notice you must give is one week. Normally your employment contract will set out a longer notice period. If it does, you should give this length of notice to your employer.
