The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

How does a hot stick work?
In the electric power distribution industry, a hot stick is an insulated pole, usually made of fiberglass, used by electric utility workers when engaged on live-line working on energized high-voltage electric power lines, to protect them from electric shock.
How do you use a hot stick?
When the hot sticks are warm you are ready to start. Take chunks of hair and wrap around the hot sticks and fold the hot stick around the hair to hold them in place. Leave them in for 20 minutes to half an hour or so. Finish by styling hair as desired.
How often should hot sticks be tested?
How often should our hot sticks be tested? OSHA requires that all hot line tools be tested every 2 years (24 months).
How often should rubber blankets be electrically tested?
Rubber line hose and hoods need to be electrically tested when there is any indication that the insulating value is suspect. Rubber blankets must be tested at intervals of not more than 12 months.
What are live line tools?
In various ways, they all serve to prevent current flowing from the live equipment through the worker. Hot stick or Live Line Tool. Hot sticks are used in live line work by having the worker remain at a specified distance from the live parts and carry out the work by means of an insulating stick.
How do voltage detectors work?
Voltage detectors do not actually detect voltage, but instead electric fields. The internal circuit of a non-contact voltage detector leads to a sensor which is positioned in the tip of the tool. When the electromagnetic waves hit the sensor a signal is sent through the circuit which turns on the light and/or buzzer.
How does a voltage pen work?
Non contact voltage testers work by detecting the changing electric field around objects conducting an AC current (AC stands for alternating current). They do not actually need to make direct contact with the conductor to achieve this. The voltage tester pen detects this voltage through capacitive coupling.
How does test pen work?
Non-contact voltage detectors Amplified electronic testers (informally called electrical tester pens, test pens, or voltage detectors) rely on capacitive current only, and essentially detect the changing electric field around AC energized objects. This means that no direct metallic contact with the circuit is required.
