I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

It is amazing how simple this app is to use. It is a real joy. I wish I had stumbled upon it years ago!

Fill it out!
Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Where are you supposed to put highlight?
Use a beauty sponge or a highlighting brush dampened with setting spray to apply a cream-to-powder highlight for a truly pigmented glow. Start with the tops of your cheekbones and brow bones and keep on applying over your cupid's bow, down the center and on the tip of your nose, and around your temples.
How do you use Illuminator sticks?
To apply a liquid illuminator, simply transfer a small amount of the liquid to your fingertip and crack a smile, to find your cheek-line. Now gently dab the illuminator along the top of your cheekbone. To freshen up your glow you can add a little extra on the top of the apples of your cheeks, just under your eyes.
What does an illuminating stick do?
Illuminators can be used to highlight areas such as cheekbones, cleavages, and brow-bones as they play off light. When light hits a brighter surface it makes it more pronounced, so stick or pen illuminators are best for this precise placement. An illuminator is not a foundation.
Is illuminator and highlighter the same thing?
The main difference: “Highlighter is for a concentrated area of light, while an illuminator casts light more generally,” explains Anthony.
When should you apply illuminator?
Typically, illuminator is applied directly after you apply foundation and before blush. This will give you a noticeable glow. If you want a subtle glow, however, you should apply the illuminator below your foundation. Dab the illuminator on your cheeks.
