Make sure all switches are on by sliding to the right, so they turn green. Under Alert Style, tap Banners or Alerts to select that style. We recommend Alert, but choose whichever one you like.
Check Notification Settings in Your App In the Ring app, go to your Device Settings and make sure the switches for both Ring Alerts and Motion Alerts are set to the blue On position. Note: Notification settings are specific to each mobile device connected to Ring, not your actual Ring Doorbell or Stick Up Cam.
