AWESOME ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A FREE TRIAL BUT NOTICED I WAS CHARGED $83.88 ON 5/6/14. DISAPPOINTING BUT IF I HAVE IT FOR A YEAR? I'M OKAY BUT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE. THIS COULD BE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE IF IT HASN'T ALREADY. BAD BUSINESS.

I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

i love the user experience but it is a little difficult to tell where the writing will show up on the lines once I save to PDF and send to clients. also, if the lines are close together it is hard to tell if your letters will get cut off. but overall its a great product going to try to use online and see how that works.

My name is Jonathan from Africa
My name is Jonathan from Africa, I needed a form via PDFfiller but was unable to use the service and was billed while on 30 days trial. That got me upset but after contacting Shennon online support, I was assisted, and in less than 10 minutes, it was resolved. Shennon exceeded my expectation. Satisfied. Therefore I commend Shennon for a great and wow customer service. Because of this singular act, I will recommend your company to friends.Thank you

Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!
