What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

What does 40x the rent mean?
One guideline for figuring out how much rent you can afford is the 40 times the rent rule. In some cities, such as New York, landlords require tenants to have an annual income that is at least 40 times the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $2,000 a month, you'd need to make $80,000 a year to be approved.
How do you calculate 30% of rent?
To calculate, simply divide your annual gross income by 40. Another rule of thumb is the 30% rule, meaning that you can put 30% of your annual gross income in rent. If you make $90,000 a year, you can spend $27,000 on rent, and so your monthly rent should be $2,250.
How do you calculate 30% of your monthly income?
The 30% Rule Doesn't Make Sense for High Earners Either And if you're making $300,000 per year? The 30% rule would prescribe spending $7,500 a month on rent. Quick calculations: $300,000 / 12 months = $25,000 × .3 (30% rule) = $7,500 per month on rent and $13,000 a month left over for other payments and savings.
How do I calculate 3 times the rent?
If the monthly rent of an apartment is $2,000, then 3 times the monthly rent is $2000 x 3 = $6000 (monthly income required to keep housing payments less than 1/3 of income)
$6000 x 12 months = $72,000 (annual income required to keep housing payments under 1/3 of income)
How is rent calculated?
The amount of rent you charge your tenants should be a percentage of your home's market value. Typically, the rents that landlords charge fall between 0.8% and 1.1% of the home's value. For example, for a home valued at $250,000, a landlord could charge between $2,000 and $2,750 each month.
What is the ratio of rent to income?
Rent to Income. Landlords typically require that your annual income is at least 40 times the monthly rent. For example, if you and your roommate are looking at an apartment that costs $3,000 per month, the landlord would require a combined income of $3,000 × 40, which equals $120,000.
How much should my rent be?
The general recommendation is to spend about 30% of your gross monthly income (before taxes) on rent. Therefore, if you'll be making $4,000 per month, then your rent should be $4,000 × 0.3, or about $1,200. Another way to calculate this number is to divide your annual income by 40.
How much should my rent be calculator?
To calculate how much rent you can afford, we multiply your gross monthly income by 20%, 30% or 40%, based on how much you want to spend. You can use the slider to change the percentage of your income you want to spend on housing.
What percentage of my income should go to rent?
Rule of thumb: Spend a fixed percentage of your income on housing. The general recommendation is to spend about 30% of your gross monthly income (before taxes) on rent. Therefore, if you'll be making $4,000 per month, then your rent should be $4,000 × 0.3, or about $1,200.
What is the 50 20 30 budget rule?
Senator Elizabeth Warren popularized the 50/20/30 budget rule in her book All Your Worth: The Ultimate Lifetime Money Plan. The basic rule is to divide after-tax income, spending 50% on needs and 30% on wants while allocating 20% to savings.
